Phase Two Diet Guide 

Day 1-2

Take your HCG Drops as indicated on the label. Gorge – east foods high in fat.  This will increase your body’s fat storage to prepare you for the low calorie restriction on days 3-42.

Eat a minimal 2,000 to 3,000 calories on your gorge days. 

Day 3 – 40

Weigh yourself first thing in the morning without clothing.  Make sure to first empty your bladder. Take your HCG Drops as indicated on the label.

Drink 1 gallon of bottle spring water/tea/coffee throughout the day.

You may only eat things on the Phase 2 Menu.  Your caloric intake should not exceed 500 calories per day. Your food intake will consist of proteins, vegetables and fruits.

Do not eat less than 250 calories.  It is extremely important to eat two different types of 4 ounce proteins each day. If your body becomes protein deficient you will not lose weight. 

Day 41 – 42

Continue to follow the phase 2 diet on days 41 and 42.  The HCG will remain in your system for 24 to 48 hours.  If you become hungry on day 42 feel free to eat up to 750 calories by adding protein.

 

Diet Guide (Quick Tips) 

General:

Make sure you eat at least 3 hours before bed time.

You are allowed 2 servings of each per day:  fruit, vegetables, and protein.

The 500 calorie limit is absolute maximum.  Eating around 450-500 calories per day is ideal.

Eating less than 250 calories will actually cause you to NOT lose weight.  If the body does not get enough protein you will get protein deficient and you will NOT lose weight.

You may season and spice foods with sea salt and approved seasonings.

 

Liquids:

Bottled spring water or filtered tap water

Organic black coffee (no creamer)

Organic Green Tea

Organic Wu-Long Tea

Organic Chamomile Tea

Any loose leaf teas brewed fresh are acceptable on the diet.  The types listed above have specific benefits to help with the protocol.

 

Breakfast:

Drink plenty of tea and water.

You may have fruit twice a day, once for breakfast and anytime throughout the day as long as it is 3 hours before bed.

 

Lunch and Dinner:

Eat 115 grams, approximately 4 ounces, or protein, weigh meat raw (servings should be about the size of a deck of cards)

Only use coconut oil or filtered water for cooking (NO butter, margarine, or olive oil)

Vegetables can be eaten raw, steamed, or grilled (without oil)
